I've been with V2 for a little over a year, and I can honestly say I am so grateful they allowed me to start a new career after moving here from Florida. V2 was the first company to take a chance on me, and I couldn't be happier that they did! I've been with V2 Composites for over 27 years, and one of the things I enjoy most is that there's always something new to learn.  I love the opportunity to work on the machines, solve problems, and figure things out.  Every day brings a new challenge, and that's something I've always appreciated.  What means the most to me is working for a company where you can openly talk about God and Jesus and live out your Christian faith.  Praying together before lunch or dinner is something that's incredibly important to me, and it's one of the many things that makes V2 feel different.  It's a laid-back, friendly place where people genuinely care about each other. The ESOP program has been a blessing like no other.  Knowing that I'm building security for my retirement while working for a company I believe in is something I'm truly thankful for.  The opportunities I've had at V2 have been endless.  I've learned so much over the past 27 years, and I've been given every chance to grow both personally and professionally. The ESOP program has also made a tremendous impact on me and my family. I participated in a 401(k) for many years, but I never came close to the value I have accumulated after just five years at V2. I have never had the opportunity to participate in such a rewarding program, and I know it will provide financial security for me and my family for many years to come. At V2, every day is a learning experience, whether it's learning how to operate a machine or working through personal challenges. There are always opportunities to grow, learn, and become better.
